Service Calls

The technician will perform the work agreed upon. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Replacement of Materials (such as damaged wires)
• Correction of Work from a different Company/Technician
• Movement/Addition of a Termination for a Workstation
• ISP Cutovers

Troubleshooting Resolution

Technician will determine if the problem can be handled by our company and will set up a Service Call Date to fix the problem. Work on the resolution occurs after approval by customer for Labor and/or materials required for the fix. The technician will recommend what avenue you must take to correct the problem if Ace Communications is not able.

• The technician is there for consultation only.
• The technician will recommend what avenue is in the best interest of the customer.

• He will schedule a Service Call to correct the problem(s).

Wire Mapping/Site Survey

The technician is there for consultation only. Wire Mapping will reveal the communications infrastructure in any specific building. This is a diagnostic service that indicates length of runs and quality of data transfers in the form of PDF readouts.

• The technician will consult with business owner to pin point a problem.

• The technician will recommend what avenue is in the best interest of the customer.
• Owner may at this time, schedule a service call.
